Dropped Round

Assumming that Mallory meeting is not reorganised in any form either there or replaced by another round is it fair to say that this should be the dropped score for this season?

At 1.6.3 the rules state "The totals from all qualifying rounds less 1 will determine........"
As Mallory is no longer a qualifying round of the championship the drop score must therefore come from any one of the remaining rounds. If anyone thinks this can possibly be interpreted in a different way, please let us know.
