What caster and camber angles do you folks use/recommend?

Also, how much weight can be removed from a flywheel? What might the prefered mass be?

Looks like you guys had a great time at Cadwell. Another couple of guys just finished a nice edition of Cadwell Park a couple weeks ago. I will post some pictures soon.
