We will meet in the bar from 6.30pm, dinner will be served at 7pm. The main bar is just to the left as you enter the hotel but can be cramped if 65 people descend on it, so feel free to go to the bar in the hired room itself, that way you should get served quicker! The staff will be able to direct you.
Dress code is formal, not strictly black tie, but you won't be chucked out if you turn up in t-shirt and shorts (but you might stand out a bit!).
Parking is available at the hotel, through the archway on the southern side of the building. You can also park directly outside and all down the high street, but please make sure you check the parking restrictions as there are traffic wardens. I think there is a 2 hour limit 8am-6pm, Monday to Saturday.
There is also a taxi rank further down the high street.
