David O'Keefe and Colin Whitely are top 2CV guys, currently running in the Belgian series. Being also quite smart, they want to run at Snet. BUT - they don't have a UK type car.
What they do have is:
Engines, gearboxes, parts, technical set-up skills and good reputations for keeping the car on the island and out of trouble. And - a budget.
