The Phoenix Park is an event that is suffering from a lack of funding. It didn't go ahead last year because no sponsor could be found. This year it's being talked up as it's a 100 year anniversary but I think there is still a question mark hanging over it.

Other impediments would be the nature of the track (3 long straights in a sort of triangle) and reluctance to pay close attention to the hazards in the form of trees and park benches etc.

Would you be looking for the Caterhams or 2CV's to race there??

If there was interest enough to field a full)ish) grid I'd certainly be prepared to approach the organisers.
