Flexible brake hoses

Can anyone advise on the easiest way, if there is, to replace the original brake pipes with flexible braided hoses as the 8mm connections mean neither Goodridge nor Earls have anything available.

I don't use braided ,but i do use bx front flexible hoses to go to the rear wheel cylinders,and i make up a short metal pipe so you can undo the cylinder easily .The front brake pipe is best left as standard steel in my opinion
