Joining the crowd!

Hello All!

My friend George and I (Dan) have just taken the plunge and purchased a 2CV in need of a great deal of repair with the aim to have it race ready for the 2013 24Hr race (HOPEFULLY)!

We've both been attending the races on and off for a couple of years thanks to Alec Graham getting us hooked!

So thought I'd just introduce ourselves for the multitude of questions that are to follow over the coming year and I hope to see you all at future races!

Is this 2CV a road car or a race car at the moment?

It's currently a road car. I've now got it into my garage and started stripping back to asses it's overall condition.

Welcome and good luck  ;D I did the same last year (although i started with two nearly scrap road cars) and it was by far the best motorsport event i have ever entered !!  you cant beat it for value for money track time and friendly atmosphere. dont be afraid to ask any Questions in my experience  everyone is more than willing to help you out
