Rookie of the Year trophy

I've been given back the rookie trophy in anticipation of the dinner/dance, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to get it re-engraved with as many of the previous winners as possible (at the moment it only has the last 2!).  Unfortunately my records only go back to 2002 so I need some help on the years prior to that - is there anyone anoraky enough to have that info?  This is what I have so far:

Obviously 2012 will be added this year, but that's a secret for now, though you can probably work it out!  I'm pretty sure Wayne has won it in the past, and maybe Steve Panas and Sammie too?  Ultimately I will need to give it to the engravers at around the end of this month so any help is appreciated.  Thank you!
