When will the 2013 tech regs be available - and are we expecting any changes? - might get a chance to work on the race car next week ;D

Just to confirm the Sporting and Technical Regulations for 2013 are available at the BARC website under the heading Regshttp://www.barc.net/competitions/saloon-cars

PLEASE NOTE:
There is an amendment bulletin under the News heading (http://www.barc.net/file_download/215/CITROEN+2CV+Amend+1.pdf that contains the rules changes made at the AGM.
