The hotel have reserved enough hotel rooms for everyone who will attend the dinner/dance, but thanks to Richard for pointing out you can get a discounted rate if you book now.

The 'advanced payment' price is £41.65 in total rather than £55 if you wait and book with the code.

Just had a reminder from the hotel to make sure everyone has booked their hotel rooms. They are holding rooms for us until the 8th October, then it'll be first come first served with whichever other guests are staying there too, so make sure you've booked!
