The Club is pleased to confirm that the Liqui Moly 2CV 24 Hour Race will be broadcast with video live on the web. It will be available on the Club website, the Motorsport Media site and the new BARC-TV.

At the circuit, the live commentary will also be available on FM circuit radio, frequency awaited from Ofcom.

The commentary team will be local motoring journo and racer Lewis Beales, Jake Sanson, Lester Forbes and club stalwart Christine Savage.

It's a low budget operation which worked properly for the first time last year at Anglesey, so we keep our fingers crossed for this year. Tech support is by Nic Holmes.

In addition to the fixed cameras viewing the track from the commentary box, we should also have a walk-about camera in the pit lane, to peer into engines and for live interviews.

Although by BBC standards it's low budget operation, it still costs. It is only made possible by the generous support of our title sponsors, Liqui Moly, the Norwich and King's Lynn Citroen dealer, Duff Morgan, and the other sponsors listed on the home page.

2CV 24 Hour Race Radio

The commentators for the Liqui Moly 2CV 24 Hour Race will be East Anglian motoring journalist Lewis Beales, 2CV club member and race driver Christine Savage, Adam Weller and Lester Forbes. This is the 28th running of the longest running 24 Hour motor race in the UK. It will start at 17.00 on the Saturday afternoon. Then it's twice round the clock, whatever the weather. The paddock is open to all visitors, who can peer into the pit garages and see the crews at work.

At the circuit, the commentators are always pleased to have visitors to their little eerie, which is up the stairs above Race Control. Drivers who have just finished a stint are especially welcome for a quick interview. We are planning to have a walk-about camera in the pit lane for live interviews and to follow the pit crews at work
