Please find attached formal notice of the 2018 AGM to be held at The Westmead Hotel, Redditch Road, Hopwood, Alvechurch, Birmingham, B48 7AL on 17 November 2018 at 1300hrs. The proxy form for the AGM is also attached.

A technical and sporting meeting is due to be held immediately afterwards. As the meeting to finalise the regulations was only held yesterday, details of the regulations and proxy form for this meeting will be published as soon as possible in due course.
