big thanks to Paul R and Phil M for helping anyone with measuring the cam timing at mallory. Good to see people in the club prepared to help and explain for the sake of generating good racing. Also thanks to paul for lending me an engine as well.

Another plea! We need photos of the racing to put in snail pace, 2cvgb, and on another website. This is all good promotion for the club and photos really make the difference to a report. So if any one has some photos of mallory or oulton and could post them or email to me that would be great. If you want them returned stick in a stamped SAE and i'll send them back.

Finally we've got a trailor, its a lovely green handcrafted model so thanks to those who offered suggestions and solutions to our little problem. And yes one day i will paint my road 2cv and peeling paint does not make it illegal.
