As the subject says, it would appear that MSV have had their backsides slapped by the Government.

It would seem that only "essential personnel may attend".

I assume that means as per Motorsport UK competitor sign-on forms, 1 driver and 3 other people per car (who MUST be named on the sign-on sheet)
